ShubhScroll is committed to delivering seamless, high-quality digital wedding invitations. Due to the immediate customization, design allocation, and server provisioning involved in our service, refunds are processed under the strict conditions outlined below.
2. Eligible for Refund
You may request a full refund if:
- You formally cancel your order prior to website publication or live deployment
- ShubhScroll fails to deliver the service within the committed timeframe without justified cause
- A verifiable technical failure on our end prevents deployment despite accurate and timely data submission
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Your website has been in production, or published, or already have been made live
- You have approved the preview link and triggered deployment
- Cancellation is requested due to personal plan changes, wedding postponement, venue shifts, or incorrect/incomplete data provided by you
- Optional add-ons (e.g., custom domains, premium RSVP analytics, post-wedding gratitude pages) have been activated or delivered
4. Refund Processing Protocol
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 2-3 business days to the original payment method.
- Final crediting timelines depend on your bank or payment gateway and may vary beyond our control.
- Partial refunds may be considered only if a clearly defined portion of the service remains undelivered and mutually agreed upon in writing.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email refunds@shubhscroll.com with your Order ID, payment reference ID, and a reason for cancellation.
- Our team will verify eligibility and respond within 24 business hours.
- Upon approval, a refund confirmation receipt and transaction reference will be issued via email.
6. Exceptions & Goodwill Discretion
In documented cases of technical disputes or unforeseen emergencies, ShubhScroll may, at its sole discretion, offer service extensions, or partial compensation as a goodwill gesture. Such accommodations are discretionary and do not establish a binding precedent or override this policy.
